Terms and Conditions

These terms cover how you may use UltrasoundMachineForSale.com and how we handle an equipment purchase for you: you send one request, and we find suppliers, negotiate the price, secure the purchase and arrange delivery and customs clearance.

What this site is

A turnkey sourcing service for ultrasound equipment. We publish ultrasound models with indicative prices; when you send a request, we source the machine for you from verified suppliers and take the purchase through to delivery.

How a request works

You send one request — for a specific model or for what you need in general. We approach the suppliers whose equipment, condition mix and destination coverage fit it, compare what they offer and negotiate price and terms. You then receive the offer we have agreed for you, with the final price and terms. Nothing is owed until you accept it.

We cannot promise that every request can be fulfilled. If we cannot find a suitable machine, we tell you.

What “verified supplier” means

It means we have completed checks on the supplier’s business identity, contact details and trading activity before working with them.

Verification on its own is not a warranty of the equipment. What protects your purchase is the guarantee we arrange as part of the deal, on the terms set out in the offer you accept.

About the prices shown

Prices on this site are indicative. Each range is the middle 80% of suppliers’ current asking prices for the same model in the same condition — the tenth to the ninetieth percentile — and a range is shown only when at least 5 such prices exist.

They exclude configuration, probes, software licences, warranty, installation, training, shipping, duties and taxes. They tell you the order of magnitude and nothing more. They are not an offer and not a quotation: the final price is the one in the offer we negotiate and agree with you.

About the specifications shown

Specifications describe what units of a model typically carry, aggregated from supplier listings rather than manufacturer datasheets. Two units of the same model can differ in probes, software options and licences.

Treat the specification table as a starting point for questions, not as the configuration of the machine you will be offered. Tell us what matters to you in the configuration, and we confirm it with the supplier before the offer is agreed.

Payment, delivery and customs

Payment terms for the equipment are set out in the written offer you accept. Nothing is payable before you accept it.

We arrange delivery and customs clearance to your country. Before purchase we check with the supplier the model’s registration status where it applies and its mains voltage. Tell us about any licence or registration your organisation needs to import or operate the device, so that it is taken into account before purchase.

This is not medical advice

Everything here exists to help you source equipment. Nothing on this site is medical, clinical or diagnostic advice, and nothing here should be used to decide how a device is applied to a patient.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate contact details: we cannot act on a request nobody can answer.
  • Send genuine enquiries. Fake requests waste our and suppliers’ time and get accounts blocked.
  • Tell us everything that matters for your purchase — configuration, probes, power supply, and any licence or registration your organisation needs to import or operate the device.

What you may not do

Automated extraction, scraping, harvesting or bulk reproduction of models, supplier details, prices or market data from this site is not permitted. Neither is using request forms to collect supplier contacts, or using details received through the service for unsolicited marketing.

The catalogue and the supplier network are the product of continuous work. Copying them is the one thing that damages both sides of the service at once.

Suspension

We may decline or stop handling requests, and may block access, where we see spam, fraud, scraping or abuse of suppliers. We do not need to explain a decision in advance, but we will answer a question about one.

Accuracy and liability

We keep the catalogue as accurate as we can, and much of it is compiled automatically from third-party listings. Prices, specifications and availability may be incomplete or out of date at the moment you read them.

Our responsibility for a specific purchase, including the guarantee, is set out in the written offer you accept. Outside a purchase you have accepted, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the catalogue, prices or specifications shown on this site.

Content and trade marks

Text, layout, and the compiled catalogue and price data on this site belong to us. Manufacturer names, model names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the equipment described. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised dealer of any manufacturer unless a page says so explicitly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the version you are reading.
