Privacy Policy

This policy explains what UltrasoundMachineForSale.com collects when you send a request, why, and who receives it while we source, negotiate, buy and deliver the equipment for you.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is MY ULTRASOUND sp. z o.o., al. Tadeusza Rejtana 53A/203, 35-326 Rzeszów, Poland (KRS 0000896309, NIP 5170415599). Write to info@ultrasoundmachineforsale.com about anything concerning your data.

What we collect

Only what an equipment request needs:

  • Contact details you type in: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the country the equipment is going to.
  • What you are looking for: model, condition, budget, timeframe and any message you add.
  • Context of the request: the page you sent it from, the price range shown to you at that moment, and campaign parameters in the address if there were any.
  • For a purchase you decide to go ahead with: company details, tax identification, delivery address and the documents needed for import.
  • Technical data every web server records: address, browser, pages and time.

Why we collect it

To understand what you need, to find and approach suppliers who can supply it, to negotiate the offer and agree it with you, to keep spam and fraud out, and to see which parts of the catalogue are useful enough to keep improving.

We handle the purchase from request to delivery, so we use your details at every step: to agree the offer with you, to arrange the purchase and its guarantee, and to organise delivery and customs clearance. We are the ones who contact you about your request.

How we work with suppliers

When a request arrives, we look at what you asked for — brand, model, category, condition and destination — and at what each supplier actually deals in, and we approach a limited number of suppliers who fit it.

Suppliers receive what they need to quote: the equipment, condition, configuration, quantity and destination country. Your name and contact details are not passed to suppliers to call you. If a purchase you go ahead with requires a supplier to have them, they go only to that supplier and only for that purchase.

Who else receives your details

To deliver the machine we share the details needed for each step with the logistics and customs partners involved and, where the purchase requires it, with insurers or payment providers: company name, delivery address, contact person and the documents customs require. They use them only for that purpose.

We do not sell your details

We do not sell or rent your information to data brokers or advertisers, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

We use ordinary business services to run the site and handle requests: hosting and cloud infrastructure, email and messaging delivery, request handling, analytics, and security and anti-fraud tooling. They process data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Where your information is processed

We operate internationally. Your request may be processed in a country other than the one you live in — including by the suppliers and logistics partners involved in a purchase, who may be based anywhere we have coverage.

How long we keep it

Requests and the messages around them are kept while the request is open and for a period afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation you come back to and so that we can deal with a dispute if one arises. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

For a completed purchase we keep the records that accounting, tax and customs rules require, for as long as they require it.

If you want a request removed sooner, write to us and we will remove it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

Write to us and we will:

  • tell you what we hold about you;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • delete it, unless we need it to complete a purchase, resolve an open dispute or meet a legal obligation;
  • stop working on your request at any point before you accept an offer.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores your currency choice and your saved machines, and uses Google Analytics with one first-party cookie to count visits — without advertising cookies and without cross-site tracking. The full list, and how to refuse the count, is on the cookie policy page.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what we hold. No system that transmits or stores data over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Business use, not children

This service exists for organisations and adults buying professional medical equipment. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top is the version you are reading.
